La Leche League of Houston, covering Greater Houston and surrounding areas is part of an international, non-profit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing  information, support, and encouragement to women who wish to breastfeed their babies.  We provide this through free support meetings for mothers held monthly in dozens of locations across the area, facilitated by accredited La Leche League Leaders.  We also provide access to La Leche League publications through lending libraries and free telephone help from accredited La Leche League Leaders.
